Custom Decor Takes On A New Look - Patio Umbrellas
My friend, an interior decorator, had an umbrella that was unusable; her umbrella stand, however, was in excellent condition. Re-utilizing her umbrella stand gave her some interesting options - creating her own customized umbrella! Although she chose to not use trim, options were endless. Here is what she says,

Vintage Chairs Are Agelessly Beautiful!
Janice has some vintage chairs that - in their former condition, most of us probably would have disposed of them; well, not Janice! She called us and we were able to help her transform the once old, broken down chairs into two gorgeous pieces of usable furniture! Here's what Janice says,
"Glo does a fantastic job and has tons of fabric to choose from. It was such a simple process, and she does quality work. My chairs were a disaster and needed 100s of tiny nails removed. Repurposing An Old Quilt For On-the-Go Comfort
Cindy came to us with a "different" request - she had an old quilt that she didn't use and was wondering if I would be able to make her some car seat covers; she couldn't find any that fit quite right. After a number of fittings and making a pattern (and Cindy's patience), Cindy now enjoys her comfortable car seat covers. The best part is ... they are made of her favorite (re-purposed) quilt!!
Cindy says, "I love my new car seat covers! I can't wait to show my friends! They are comfy and bring a new look to my car. Glo even made me two pillows for the back seat. I would recommend Glo to anyone who has a special blanket or fabric they want to have made into something else."

A Mid-Century Dining Set With A Modern Flair
Carla's once stylish black leather dining chairs needed a modern flair. The grey-blue tone fabric is exactly what they needed. The seats were constructed with a single layer of half-inch foam and were not very comfortable; adding a layer of 1" Dacron gave them the extra "cushioning" she desired ... now, they are refreshed and comfortable to sit on. It feels as though she purchased a new dining set!
Here's what Carla says: "Gloria is a true professional. We brought her the 8 seats from our new mid-century wooden chairs, along with the fabric we had chosen. Within just a few weeks, she had expertly recovered the seats with the added padding we had requested. Not only that, but she even figured out how to make the upholstery fit perfectly around the seats, which have an unusual curve to them. When I see the work and expertise that went into recovering our chairs, I thank heavens we found Gloria!!"

Slipcovers come in all different shapes & sizes ... customized to your personal taste. The main benefit of our tailor-fitted slipcovers vs traditional upholstery is the ability to remove them for cleaning (zippers hidden in back seams).
